Challenge

We are all in need of some new recipes.
I propose a challenge. Post a recipe for
your favorite salad to share with the ladies.
It will spice up our lives and make life
a little easier when it comes time to make
dinner. I will post mine tonight.
Email me and I will give you
the info to get into the blog.

Pattys Eggplant Capresse Salad

I sliced the eggplant and let it dry out all night
on a tray covered with paper towels. Then
I dipped the eggplant in flour with
S&P,then egg ,then Italian bread crumbs.
Fried in cannola and olive oil.
Then drain on paper towels.
I mixed arugula and baby greens. But red
onion, black olives sliced tomotoes and mozzarella
with the eggplant on top.
I tossed the salad first then put the mozzarella
and eggplant on top.
The dressing was:
l/2 cup olive oil,
1/3 balsamic vinegar,
chopped garlic,
chopped basil,
1 tbs dijon mustard and S & P.
I hope this is not too
confusing. Patty

Greetings Ladies,

Welcome to our Blog.
Please feel free to add your own pictures,
comments, etc. at anytime.

It is fun and easy and will be a good
way to get information
on the upcoming Bunco.

Patty's July Bunco

We began a wonderful evening at Patty's beach house
with the most delicious dinner and beverages.
Check out those breasts!!!

Sangria Dance

Take note for all of you wondering exactly
how to do the "Sangria Dance" It is all
in the hips!

As you can see for those of you that missed, we
were having a marvelous time. Is Shelley
wearing a robe??? and does
Lisa have a drink?? You don't
see that everyday.

And Bunco wouldn't
be Bunco without
Lisa showing us a few
of her tricks.

Lisa, Paul called and asked if you
were coming home.

Even Peggy learned
a few tricks.
"I wonder how you
get them even?"
Looks good
though don't
you think?

Baby it's cold
outside.
Is anyone
coming
outside
to play
Bunco?

And yes, we did eventually play Bunco if
only just one round. Who was the big
Winner???

And in the morning we told womanly stories and
Patty made waffles. Actually Patty
made us French toast souffle, scrambled eggs
with asparagus, fruit and a wonderful coffee cake.
She is truly the best. Thank you Patty.
You made us all feel right at home.
